New CRFS publication charts evolution of “Good Food”

A new MSU Center for Regional Food Systems publication "The Local Food Movement: Setting the State for Good Food" is now available.

A new MSU Center for Regional Food Systems publication “The Local Food Movement: Setting the State for Good Food” is now available. The publication provides a brief history of the U.S. local food movement and its link to “good food” within the context of food access and health, food justice and sovereignty, the environment, and racial equity.
